Check-in time is from 14:00.
Check-out time is until 12:00.
The hotel operates 24 hours a day.
In case of check-in until 13.00 a fee is charged for half a day.
If you delay the departure before 18.00, an additional fee will be charged for half an hour, after 18.00 the full price of the room is charged per day.
Sharing a child under the age of 6 is FREE!
Children from 6 to 16 years old – 80 UAH per person (without breakfast).
Admission to adult room – 100 UAH per person (no breakfast).
Registration of the guest
Check-in at the hotel is carried out upon the guest’s passport (civil or foreign), or other document issued in accordance with the established procedure and confirming the guest’s identity.
When making a stay at the hotel, the guest puts his signature on the lease contract.
After registration, visitors receive a key from the number.
Compliance with silence
From 22:00 to 8:00 in the morning, in the middle of the room and in the territory you need to keep silence.
In the rooms, it’s not allowed to turn on tv’s on high volume.
The restaurant is open from 8:00 to 22:00.
Order breakfast, lunch and dinner at 101.
All rooms of the smoking area are prohibited. For smoking, the hotel charges a fine of 100 UAH .
For re-smoking in the above mentioned locations, the hotel has the right to evict a guest.
Towels are changed every day. Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
Extra cleaning of the room at the request of a resident, is for a separate fee.
Stay in the guest room is allowed until 20:00 with the general consent of the administration and the guest’s guest. In case the visitor stays in the room after 20:00, the hotel reserves the right to issue an invoice to the visitor for the additional space.
The total number of guests in the room should correspond to the number of seats in it.
The guest is responsible for staying in the room. If necessary, the administrator has the right to check guest documents.
When causing damage to the hotel due to the fault or negligence of the living and (or) their guests, the client is obliged to compensate her financially.
Violation of internal rules of residence
If the guest violates the internal rules of accommodation in the hotel, which leads to material damage or creates inconveniences for the residence of other guests, the administration has the right to refuse or terminate the contract (evict) without refunding the money for the payment of the number.
